Form messages are delivered to our email account and are not stored in the website's database.
3. Recipients
- Hosting and email: Oderland Webbhotell AB, Gothenburg, Sweden (EU). Processes data on our behalf under a data processing agreement.
- Google reCAPTCHA (Google Ireland Ltd, Dublin): loaded only if you accept it in the cookie banner. Google may transfer data to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. See Google's privacy policy.
- WhatsApp, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook: these are ordinary links. Data is processed by those providers only when you choose to open them.
We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for profiling or automated decision-making.
4. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. Write to info@icutham.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es) or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
